Data is used solely to respond to your inquiries, prepare proposals, and support project communication. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Data is shared only when necessary to execute a project — for example, limited access to cloud providers (AWS/GCP) or a payment gateway — and is limited to what is required.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored on servers managed to the same security standards we apply for our clients: restricted access, in-transit encryption, and encrypted backups.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Send your request to contact.us@solusidigitalkreasi.com and we will respond within 14 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revision date above will be changed and notice will be given for material changes.
7. Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication process is also subject to the privacy policy of Meta as the service provider. For sensitive material — credentials, financial documents, or assets — we recommend using email.
8. Use of AI in Our Work
Our workflow uses AI tools to accelerate development. Your personal data is not used to train any model. Client code and confidential material are processed only through tools with equivalent confidentiality terms, and we are open to signing additional exceptions (a separate NDA) if your project demands more.
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of services provided by PT Solusi Digital Kreasi. By using this site or starting a project with us, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Services cover mobile app development, websites, server infrastructure, networking, payment gateway integration, and WordPress — according to the scope of work stated in the proposal. Work outside the scope is handled through a separate proposal agreed upon before it begins.
2. Consultation & Proposals
Initial consultation and proposal preparation are free of charge. Prices in a proposal are valid for 30 days and are fixed according to the scope stated within it.
3. Payment
A project begins once the down payment is received. The remaining payment follows milestones or is settled upon handover, according to the scheme stated in the proposal. Late payment may delay the work schedule without being considered a breach on our part.
4. Revisions
Each proposal states a reasonable revision limit. Revisions within scope are done at no additional cost. Changes in project direction or added features are re-agreed in writing.
5. Warranty & Support
Each handover includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty for defects originating from our work. Ongoing support is available through a monthly retainer option or ad-hoc requests.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all source code, assets, and project documentation become the full property of the client. We reserve the right to showcase the project as part of our portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Business information and client data are used only for project execution, are not shared with third parties beyond service needs, and can be deleted upon request in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for disruptions originating from third-party services (cloud, payment gateway, registrar, network providers). Our liability is limited to the value of work already paid for the related item.
