Question 1

One person — can you really handle a big project?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and that is exactly where AI comes in. AI tools speed up coding, testing, and documentation, while architectural decisions stay with me. For very large projects, I am upfront about capacity and timeline from the start — no overpromising.

Question 2

Can you build an AI chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build custom AI chatbots for customer service on your website and WhatsApp — the bot answers from your FAQ, product data, and company knowledge (RAG), can be wired to tools to check order/project status, and automatically escalates to a human for complaints or out-of-scope cases. Ideal for handling repetitive questions 24/7 without adding a CS team.

Question 3

How is this different from an agency?

Accepted Answer

The main difference is who does the work and who is accountable. At an agency, your project passes through a PM, developers, and QA — and the cost stacks up accordingly. Here, I design, write the code, and take full responsibility through to launch: fast decisions, efficient cost, no filtered information. I am honest about the trade-offs too: for projects that need many developers working in parallel on a tight deadline, I will say so plainly and help you choose the right path.

Question 4

What is the payment scheme?

Accepted Answer

Projects start with a down payment, with the rest tied to milestones or settled at handover — all written in the proposal before work begins. For large projects, payment is split per completed milestone that you approve. There are no hidden fees: changes outside the scope are always agreed first as a separate quote, never appearing at the end as a surprise bill.

Question 5

How much does a mobile app MVP cost?

Accepted Answer

A mobile app MVP generally falls in the 10–50 million IDR range depending on feature complexity, payment integration, and the backend. I give the exact figure after a discovery session — as a fixed price in the proposal, not a rough estimate that balloons midway. The initial consultation is free, so you know the range before committing.

Question 6

What technologies do you use?

Accepted Answer

Based on your needs, not trends: Flutter for mobile, Node.js/Go for the backend, PostgreSQL for the database, Docker + AWS/GCP for infrastructure, and MikroTik/WireGuard for networking. I recommend the most cost-effective and maintainable stack for your case — and explain the reasoning until you understand it before approving.

Question 7

Do I get the source code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once payment is settled, all source code, repositories, and documentation become fully yours — nothing withheld, no vendor lock-in. From day one the repo lives in your own account, so access to the code never depends on me.

Question 8

What if you get sick or are unavailable?

Accepted Answer

This is a real risk of working with a solo developer, and I manage it from the start: the repo and all access are in your name, documentation is always up to date, and if there is a disruption you hear about it first — not after the deadline has passed. In an emergency, I help with the handover to another developer of your choosing, without drama and without holding anything back.

Question 9

How does maintenance work after handover?

Accepted Answer

There are two options: a monthly retainer (monitoring, security updates, backups, and an allocation of development hours) or ad-hoc as needed. Every handover includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty at no cost — bugs originating from my work are my responsibility, not a new bill for you.
